1.The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of the Project “Improvement of Water Resources Management in Khatlon Region” and intends to apply the portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract IWRM/SH/G/4: Procurement of Accounting software 1C: Enterprise 8.3.
- The Agency on Land Reclamation and Irrigation under Government of the Republic of Tajikistan/Project Implementation Unit “DVIP”, Project “Improvement of Water Resources Management in Khatlon region now invites sealed envelopes from eligible suppliers for Supply of Accounting software 1C: Enterprise 8.3.
- The procurement of Accounting software 1C financed from the IDB funds will be carried out in accordance with the procedures specified in the Guidelines for the procurement of goods, works and related services within the framework of project financing by the Islamic Development Bank, April 2019. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.
- RFQ in English and Russian languages may be obtained by interested eligible suppliers upon the submission of a written application to email piu_dvip@mail.ru or at the address below. Offers must be submitted to address below on or before July 7, 2021, 17:00 hours (Dushanbe time). Late bids will be rejected.
